NanoPhotometer™ P-Class

The NanoPhotometer™ P-Class is an All-in-One spectrophotometer with proven micro volume (0.3µl) and cuvette performance. Optimized for quantification and purity assessment of nucleic acid and protein samples, the NanoPhotometer™ P-Class brings unmatched performance and features in a flexible, compact, and easy to use spectrophotometer.

OD600 DiluPhotometer™

The OD600 DiluPhotometer™ has been especially designed for the spectrophotometrical analysis of bacterial and yeast growth rates and the quantification of proteins at a wavelength nearby 600 nm (e.g. Bradford). Combining OD600 DiluPhotometer™ with Implen's DiluCell™ 10 or DiluCell™ 20 facilitates measurements with low sample volumes of 200 µl and 100 µl, respectively and a virtual sample dilution of either factor 10 or 20.

The instrument is battery operated and can be easily transported for usage in incubation cabinets and under anaerobic conditions. The batteries are recharged automatically by connecting to the mains and last for almost 1 month when fully charged. A 600nm LED source in combination with a fiber optic is used to obtain the optical density measurement. Spillages can be easily wiped from the even surface, and the cell compartment area can be rinsed with, formaldehyde or ethylene oxide to sterilize it.

DiluCell™

DiluCell™ is especially designed for the use with the OD600 DiluPhotometer™ for analysis of bacterial and yeast cultures and Bradford protein assays. Due to the reduced pathlength DiluCell provides an automatic dilution without the need of a physical dilution of higher concentrated samples. The two different available versions DiluCell™ 10 and DiluCell™ 20 allow an automatic 1/10 and 1/20 dilution of the sample. Bypassing manual sample dilutions reduces dilution errors and cross contamination making DiluCell™ ideal for GLP. Combined with small sample volume requirements and bubble free filling, the Dilucell™ allows for convenient spectrophotometric analysis from 340-1100nm.
