Please contact Scimetrics for specific instructions concerning the return of items purchased directly from Scimetrics, Inc. If you purchased an item directly from a manufacturer that we represent, please contact that manufacturer about their return policy. Also contact your Scimetrics representative for assistance in any matters of returning equipment.
When it appears that a product has been damaged in shipment, it is imperative that this be noted on the receiving documents and that the driver of the delivery vehicle acknowledges the damage with his/her signature. Photographs always help. Then call your Scimetrics representative for the next course of action.
